Project Manager

Miovic Reinhardt Associates (MRA) is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires extensive experience and leadership skills to achieve project goals and client satisfaction. It is responsible for project portfolio management, strategic planning, and supervision of multiple Project Managers. It has a broader focus on organizational goals and strategy and plays a key role in new business development and operational process enhancements.


  • Oversee and manage all phases of multiple construction projects at any one time, from estimation to closeout

  • Prepare detailed project cost estimates and budgets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, site superintendents, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution

  • Act as a vital link between the production team and the client while fostering a culture of transparent communication, exceptional customer service, and collaborative teamwork

  • Develop and utilize project management software and tools to enhance project tracking, reporting, and collaboration

  • Ensure that project documents, including contracts, project plans, and status reports, are properly maintained and organized

  • Maintain clear and effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders, reporting on project progress, issues, and risks

  • Monitor project scope and changes, evaluate their impact, and implement appropriate change control procedures

  • Monitor and control project timelines, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on course

  • Evaluate project outcomes against initial goals, objectives, and budgets, identifying areas for improvement in future projects

  • Defines project strategies, aligns projects with organizational goals, and optimizes the overall project portfolio to ensure it aligns with the company's strategic objectives


  • Experience: 5-8 years as a project manager for custom residential & TI construction projects valued at $2 million or over

  • Strong focus on client experience and positive client engagement

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams effectively

  • Exceptional communication and outstanding time management skills

  • Proficiency with Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel

  • Thorough knowledge of all construction industry standards, means, methods, contracts, and contract administration

  • Experience with all phases of construction, from earthwork through final completion

  • Experience with cost estimating for custom residential & TI construction projects


  • Experience with sustainable building systems, materials, and techniques is a significant advantage

  • Familiarity with Passive House construction is a valuable asset

  • Familiarity with Procore or similar software
