Leschi Wooded Glen

Playful spaces and material pallet feature strongly in this major remodel of this 1978 house in the Leschi neighborhood of Seattle.  Ranging from wood wallpaper and cor-ten steel to polycarbonate panels and rubber flooring, this client's vision inspired the project team to rise to the challenge. In addition to a playful aesthetic, this client brought a significant level of trust and confidence into a team committed to navigating project complexities collaboratively.  Along with a down-to-the-studs remodel at the interior featuring a twisting stair linking all three levels, the HVAC system, window, and door package, and insulation assemblies, were upgraded for enhanced comfort and energy savings.
