Pine + Minor

PPG, the owner of this building, weighed whether it wanted to owner-occupy or to lease out the high-visibility street-level commercial space along Pine Street in Seattle. Ultimately, they decided to transform the space into their Seattle company headquarters. The project brief included a complete build-out of the space including all major systems, a mezzanine level, open plan workstations on the ground floor, and private offices on both levels. To realize the exacting design vision of the WorkshopAD team, MRA assembled subcontractors capable of an extremely high level of craft. Budget discipline was maintained through rigorous all-team conversations around cost control and how to maximize investment in the project and resulted in a high-quality and distinctive space for PPG.
