Rainier Beach Home

As a growing family, the owner envisioned additional space for entertaining and hosting friends and family.  In order to accommodate significant cost considerations, program goals, and the family's desire to reside in the home during construction, the MRA team offered a blend of technical, estimating, and logistical insights.  The original 1951 home was retained with a new kitchen and dining room, and a three-story addition included two bedrooms, a new primary suite, and basement shop space.
