Fremont Hillside

The project brief for this client is bold: maintain and remodel the existing 1922 Fremont neighborhood house, and connect it to the street level over 26 feet below with a three-story addition - all without disturbing any of the surrounding buildings. The project's architect, Adrienne James of 310 Design + Fabrication, and the MRA team approached their collaboration with the owner as one focused on outstanding outcome and client experience. The result is a process yielding a high level of design and detail integration from design into construction.
