Queen Anne Speakeasy

In this project, Wascha Studios reimagines the lower level to create a media room and bar perfect for hosting and to provide more space for the clients in their 1905 Queen Anne home. Wascha Studios design adeptly integrates efficient space planning and deploys a palette of materials and details that creates warm, welcoming, and sophisticated spaces. This project also includes installation of an indoor golf simulator, an exterior deck extension, and select landscaping modifications.
