Sand Point Overlook (In Progress)

This summer, our team started a renovation of this client’s home in the Sand Point neighborhood of Seattle. MRA’s collaboration with Oakland-based architect Medium Plenty aims to deliver a fully reimagined interior and refreshed exterior for the client and their three young children. A thoughtful addition to the primary suite will connect with an exceptional westerly vista and an expanded entertainment deck.
