Stevens Pass Cabin

A touch of modern elegance in the woods. Such was the sentiment that led architect John Stoeck to compose a structure whose construction would span two full building seasons - May through November. Within a truly modern interpretation of ‘a cabin in the woods’, MRA crafted an entirely Oak-lined interior, in-floor electric heat, and built-in furniture for the kids. An indoor/outdoor fireplace offers our clients and their friends and family places to enjoy the amazing wooded setting year-round. The lower floor hosts a ski-in garage that opens to a gear room with heated concrete floor and ski-themed gear hangers. Winter visitors are greeted with a full bathroom and a touch of luxury: a steam sauna.
