West Seattle Waterfront

This West Seattle waterfront project was envisioned as a place for the extended family to gather. Our clients tasked Rohleder Borges Architects to revision their existing home to support multi-generational recreation and gatherings within the existing building footprint. Our work involved a major reconfiguration of the home and spaces, and incorporated all new systems and finishes. MRA collaborated with the team at Rohleder Borges Architects to incorporate high performance construction assemblies including: specialty air and moisture control building envelope systems, an integrated heat recovery fresh air system, and solar panels to assist with the home’s energy needs and electric vehicle (EV) charging.
